Our project was a very thorough (from the drains up) renovation of a tired and badly converted former agricultural stone building. We ran the project with a minimum of drawn design information and, being an old building, discovered many problems along the way. Stevensons were very good in working closely with us to overcome these problems and would always suggest solutions some of which made major improvement to the final scheme. We had various design thoughts (some at the last minute) and Stevensons were able to translate them into practical building terms. Their knowledge of the local supplier market was invaluable in achieving the right level of quality. We found all of Stevenson’s personnel helpful and friendly. The result is a stunning home which has met all our key objectives – warm and comfortable and successfully marrying house and garden.
